Welcome to FSC Languages! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of FSC Languages' Website and Services. By accessing this website or booking classes, you accept these terms in full.

1. Class Booking & Consultation

We offer a free 30-minute consultation (via WhatsApp or video call) to check your language level, goals, schedule, and format preferences. This is a consultation, not a full class.

Subsequent class bookings (either small group or private 1-to-1) are subject to scheduling availability and are confirmed after the initial consultation.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Small Group Classes (max 4 students): Priced at €12 per person per hour.
• Private 1-to-1 Classes: Priced at €17 per hour.
• Invoicing: Payment details are provided after the free consultation, based on the frequency and package chosen. All fees are transparent and confirmed beforehand with no hidden costs.

3. Attendance & Cancellation Policy

To ensure quality learning and respect for our teachers and fellow students:

• Private Classes: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with a reasonable notice (at least 24 hours in advance), otherwise the class may be charged in full.
• Group Classes: Since group sessions run at fixed hours with multiple students, individual absences generally cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

4. Conduct and Code of Behavior

FSC Languages maintains a supportive and respectful learning environment. We reserve the right to suspend services for any student who exhibits disrespectful, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior towards teachers or other students.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, FSC Languages owns the intellectual property rights for all educational material, content, and documentation shared during classes. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
