Name, contact details, language level, goals, availability, country or time zone, payment confirmation details and messages sent by WhatsApp or email.
Legal basis and retention
We process data to respond to requests, prepare or provide services, comply with legal obligations and manage legitimate business communication. We keep data only as long as necessary.
Third-party tools
Communication, scheduling, payments and classes may use WhatsApp, email, video-call platforms, Wise, Revolut, MB Way or bank transfer.
Your rights
In the EU/EEA, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you may contact the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD.
